Continuation of our work on areas of common interest which could become the basis for a formal agreement of cooperation between the five cities.
The partner cities present their projects / state of art and problems with their urban Energy and Mobility Policies (10 -15 minutes/City)
This workshop should create the framework for our work in Joué lès Tours on the basis of the indications of our French partner. They propose in addition to “participation” three more subject areas:

  • Sustainable mobility
  • Rendering energy sustainable, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and preserving biodiversity
  • Reinforcing social cohesion and solidarity

For energy and mobility one possible common ground of collaboration could be the Covenant of Mayors. All cities, except Joué lès Tours have adhered, elaborated a Sustainable Energy Action Plan and Lörrach and Città di Castello have presented their first monitoring report.
